Staff Training.
All our staff are trained, vetted and monitored. Staff communication.
Our staff are all equipped with upto date communications via hand held devices, informing them of alarms, call outs and programmed maintenance.

Client communication.
Our clients have access to a 24/7 account manager and also the MD. All service documentation and site information is available and is submitted by whatever means suits the clients needs. Service level agreements are set and KPI’s used to monitor performance.
