We carry out regular refresher courses through the year on standards and health and safety.
Our products are environmentally friendly, and all sites are provided with COSHH files, with all staff trained on COSHH. All materials, chemicals and equipment is carefully selected and rigorously checked, including annual PAT testing to ensure they meet the clients’ requirements.
We work on a partnership basis, where we ensure that a client is well cared for resulting in them staying with us. We supply simple, clear and approachable management which is there for help and support to correct any errors immediately.
We are happy to show our charge out for hourly rates, see below. This is an unusual move as other cleaning contractors do not declare their hourly rates but request your details for a call back. We do not do what other contractors do; we do what’s right for the client, open, upfront, and straight forward.
Our hourly rates range from £9.40 to £12.50 depending on the site and securing an attractive pay rate to get the right cleaner, the amount of chemicals, machinery, PPE and training required. Beware of the 'hourly rate'. Our average hourly rate is £10.70 per hour (which would include everything, materials, equipment, etc) depending on site requirements. We are finding that our quotes which detail all the financial details, and arrive at an hourly cost total, which we then multiply up by the number of hours required to complete the works, to give an annual cost, at first do not seem competitive, perhaps 3-4% more. What we've found amongst some of our competitors is that where we only charge for those hours worked, i.e. if your shut down for Christmas, whereas they charge for 52 weeks regardless of whether the cleaners work or not, and the bank holidays. This reduces the hourly rate, but increases the annual charge. Be careful of this.
