Ask these questions when selecting your partner.

• Does the contractor employ their own staff, rather than employing subcontractors? Rejus employ their own staff.
• Do they hold the accreditations in their own right, proving the competency and technical knowledge of their own staff? Rejus do.
• How can they guarantee and control quality when employing subcontract to a third party supplier? They can't. That is why Rejus employ our own staff, so if there are any issues, we sort them out directly with no fuss.
• What insurance do they hold? Rejus are fully insured in all areas of our services, meaning the client does not have to wait for any third party responses.
• Are they large enough to provide support cover in all areas? Rejus are.
• Do they price based on the time on site, or on the clean? Rejus commit to hours on site, and work them, guaranteed or your money back.  If we can do it in less, we'll tell you and reduce it.
• Some companies charge fixed cost per month.  What happens when you aren't working, does the cleaner still come and clean empty offices?  We don't charge for when you're shut down and don't require a cleaner.  This makes a massive difference when you compare our price over a year to companies that charge fixed monthly or weekly.
• What happens if the client is not happy? We offer an easy exit for clients if they wish, although we commit 100% to resolving all issues.  In over 13 years, we've lost two cleaning contract client.
